Matchroom develops ebulletins for sports producer clientbase and sorts its cards out for PokerMillion in March. The tournament in London is set to be the biggest ever TV game of poker.

Matchroom Sport has linked up with the Daily Star, Britain's fastest growing tabloid newspaper, for all Matchroom Sport events through 2002. Matchroom-managed stars Greg Owen (golf), Phil Taylor (darts), Steve Davis (pool and snooker) and Keith Arthur (fishing) will be providing regular insights via their regular columns in the paper.

Matchroom announces the merger of their Europro Golf Tour with the PGA Mastercard Tour to form the PGA Europro Golf Tour - the world's largest developmental golf tour.

There will be sixteen tournaments in 2002 plus a Tour Championship Final in October at the fabulous Parque da Floresta Golf Club on the Western Algarve, Portugal.

The world's biggest televised poker event is being mounted by Matchroom Sport with ladbrokecasinos.com.

Poker Million will take place in the heart of London's West End, 29 - 31 March 2002. With over $3m in prize money all the world's best players will there and the final action on 30 and 31 March will be on Sky Sports using their innovative 'under the table' camera angles.

	20 Jan: Ronnie O'Sullivan books his place in the semi-finals of the Daily Star Premier Snooker League by beating Steve Davis 5-3 at Southport. Davis' consolation was making the highest break of the competition so far with a 131 in a grandstand finish.
